I accidentally placed an order. Can I cancel it?

Since orders are sent to our printer immediately upon placement to ensure fast delivery, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of your order being placed. Please contact us right away if you need to cancel.

I accidentally used the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?

Orders are sent to our printer immediately, so we're unable to change shipping addresses after checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. The one exception is canvas orders, which can be updated within 6 hours of placement.

The product I ordered is different than I expected. Can I return it?

Since all items in our shop are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. To avoid surprises, we recommend:

- Reading the complete product description thoroughly
- Reviewing all product images carefully
- Paying special attention to product type options (for blankets and canvases, we offer different styles like woven, minky sherpa, rolled, unframed, and framed)

Taking a moment to review these details before ordering will ensure you get exactly what you're looking for.

When is my order going to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks from the time you place your order (including production and shipping time).

If your order has already shipped:
- Check the tracking information provided in your Etsy order
- We don't have access to information beyond what the carrier provides

If your order hasn't shipped yet:
- Most take 1–5 business days to print before shipping
- This may extend longer during busy seasons

If tracking is stuck:
- If tracking hasn't updated in at least 3 business days, please reach out and we'll investigate

Need it sooner? If you have a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We're unable to expedite printing or shipping after an order has been placed.

Who made the art?

Our art collection features:
- Vintage public domain art: The majority of our designs are created by artists from history
- AI-generated art: Some of our pieces are AI-generated, and these are always clearly noted in the product listing

Why am I getting an error when uploading my digital file to Walgreens, CVS, or Walmart?

These photo printers are designed for standard-resolution files, but our digital art files are high-resolution to support beautiful large prints. Most files are too large for their systems.

Instead, we recommend:
- Online fine art printers
- Local print shops
- Chain retail printers like Office Depot, UPS, or FedEx
- Best option: Order directly from us for convenience and guaranteed fine art quality!

Want to use a photo printer anyway? You can resize the file to fit their requirements. Use this formula:
- Print size (inches) × 300 = pixel dimensions
- Example: For a 16 × 24 inch print, resize the 2:3 ratio image file to 4800 × 7200 px
- You can easily resize images at simpleimageresizer.com or with your computer's photo editor

Gift wrapping and packaging

We don't currently offer gift wrapping or personalized gift messages.

If you mark an order as a gift during checkout, Etsy allows you to send a separate gift teaser email to the recipient, but this doesn't affect the order packaging or include any custom notes.

My order arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?

Yes! If your order arrived damaged due to shipping or printing issues, we're happy to help. Please:

1. Message us directly (rather than leaving a review)
2. Include clear photos of:
- The order packaging
- All damaged items
- Evidence of the damage

We can offer a replacement with photographic proof of damage. Thank you for giving us the chance to make it right!
